Under Construction Theme!

Hello!
We are saying goodbye to the little cowboys and girls we have created these past two weeks and starting a new theme: Construction. Thanks for all that you do!

Mon, May 18: Prepare for tomorrow's field trip to Dodge Nature Center (based on a Turtle theme) and make hard shell/painted rock turtles.

Tues, May 19: Dodge Nature Center Field Trip

Wed, May 20: Make our own houses using all different kinds of colors and shapes.

Thurs, May 21: Make edible graham cracker stoplights!

Fri, May 22: Fix broken things around the room with our "toolbox"

Mon, May 25: NO SCHOOL! Happy Memorial Day!!!!

Tues, May 26: Make paper cranes to wear and pretend to lift heavy and light items.

Wed, May 27: Make an edible crushed oreo road for snack!

Thurs, May 28: Make orange safety cones for games involving actions and prepositions.

Fri, May 29: The teachers will end the theme with a Northern Voices "Tool Time" re-enactment of all of the fabulous things the children have learned the past two weeks.
